Acadian Shield offers a personal safety solution empowering individuals to take proactive measures to ensure their well-being. The app aims to bridge the gap between passivity and emergency response by providing users with a direct channel to law enforcement. By simply holding down the Acadian Shield button, users can passively connect to the police. If a situation escalates, releasing the button prompts an immediate connection to emergency services.
Acadian Shield requires a subscription for access, with a complimentary 7-day trial period to allow users to evaluate its suitability. Subscriptions for Acadian Shield start at $1.99 per month, with automatic renewal unless canceled 24 hours prior to the subscription period's end. Users can manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in their Account Settings post-purchase.
